your avatar is disgusting
One of my favorite misinformed "opinions" about the 9/11 event is the hilariously overblown claims that part of the reason the Twin Towers collapsed was the extremely high temperature of burning jet fuel caused the steel structures to warp and partially melt. Anybody that knows anything about both fire and metal should recognize this is a complete fallacy and utter lunacy. Steel is a conductor of heat, it isn't something that just absorbs it and melts down. Have you ever tried to burn a paper clip, or a nail? Fire just doesn't work like that.

How do these random GM boats end up in Europe? I encounter them in the strangest of places, too. Caddys, Buicks in France, Italy, Germany, Spain. I've never seen an Oldsmobile or a Pontiac in Europe... thank god.
I can understand how certain Chryslers ended up in Europe when they were merged with Daimler, but seriously who thinks a Buick Park Avenue is worth the hassle of getting it to the Netherlands?

Pontiacs were mildly popular here in the early 90s too because of the TransSport UFO thing

I don't even know of any American companies still making proper station wagons, perhaps the new Fords. A lot of silly looking crossovers though.
Edit: Nope, a couple crossovers and a 5-door hatchback Focus, that's the closest we have now.
