I'd say they were actually pretty intelligent to buy a car that cost far more than $1M to develop and build for 1/4 of that price.
The lot number was 1315 btw.

Exactly, the guy got a deal on a car that he can turn around a sell later. Thats the reason why he is hanging around scottsdale buying cars up and you are hanging around here complaining that he didn't spend enough money ;p
