 It sure looked like it to me, but if you look at the 2001 Ford Mustange SVT Cobra posted on this site it shows the
mustange has 429.79 nm / 317.0 ft lbs @ 4750 rpm Torque,
where this one has 380.98 nm / 281.0 ft lbs @ 3100 rpm.
The Bore and stroke are different too. So it must not be.
hp/liter is unimportant. What matters is hp/Curb Weight.
How many places can you go in a straight line? 1/4 mile tells you nothing about what's important, handling.

 ya, but thats an SVT cobra engine. i bet the normal ford V8 is different.
