dude all mercedes are awesome what do you expect, much more prestigeous than a BMW, but hey BMW's are cool aswell so in conclusion to this stupid post a Mercedes-Benz is money well spent over a BMW. sorry bimmer fans, but why do you think the queen and alike in personal status have rode in Mercedes-Benz for as long as i can remember(going back into movies aswell), simply mercedes are rated much higher than a BMW in my book of cars>>> later

Probably comes down to what you really want... Yes, the Mercedes Benz line is going to make a luxurious car, but for a cost. If you want a fast car on a BMW/Benz budget, you can probably get a faster BMW than a Benz for the cost, but you won't have the Benz comforts. Personally, I think the two make fine cars, I think I'd prefer the Benz though (the "Kompressor" lettering looks oh-so nice on the trunk lid).

I really don't want such luxury, it only makes the car heavier

Rolls Royce has supplied the Royatly with Limos for decades. I didn't know they drove Mercedes. Seems like that would be a little unpatriotic?
Bentley has been commisioned to build the latest Royal limousine
Dear Santa I've been very good this year. All I want is an XJ220, a Dauer 962, a Zonda C12S, an S7, a CC, and an F1 LM. Oh yeah, and a 1957 Mercedes 300SL Gullwing.

I personally think mercedes is way to over priced . For around the price of an sl 500-600 u can get an m5 that will smoke it in every category.

compairing a SL500-600 to a M5 is like compairing a civic to an accord, they are both in diff. categorys and the S55 AMG beats the 760i (and yes they are both in the same class)
Porsche = Best sports car. Audi = Best luxary car. Toyota = Best truck / best 2 door car for under 25g's. Nissan = Best 4 door car for under 25g's. ford/chevy/dodge = Good for a laugh!_____________________________________________ 2001 Porsche Sportec 911 Turbo Stage 4, silver, 3400lb's, 600HP,0-60 in 3.3 sec., and a top speed of 332kph/206.3mph, need i say more?_____________________________________________ the Viper is known as the best american car made, but it was designed by lambo, and is owned by merc. does that sound like it's "american" to you?_____________________________________________ The Porsche GT, and Enzo are about $200,000 apart, yet they are VERY close cars in almost all ways, and people are debating witch one is better, when for the price of one enzo you could buy a Porsche C-GT and a GT2. hell, the price diff. between the C-GT and the enzo is bigger then that of the civic vs the GT2, but yet no one compairs those cars, why? because the Porsche is so good, it compairs with cars that cost 1.5 times what it costs, thats Porsche kickin' the ass of the avg. Enzo driver, one day at a time... _____________________________________________ Retards list: "stefaNOS" "Race0Killa0TD" "Atman" "ShadowAngelOfGod77" "World Trade Center 2" "Cadilac 16" "nnewton" and "love of cars"
