Dude, this car isn't built to be light. It's built to have maximum comfort for the driver and all of his/her passengers as well as having power up the wazoo at the tap at all times. I think that Bently has done a magnificent job with the car they have designed here. Not to mention that they are getting a 5800lb car to 60mph in 6.3 seconds.

Interesting debate...Both sides are correct. 5800 lbs is a little high, seeing that the Hummer H1 is only 1000 lbs heavier. Although there is really no reason to take off too many pounds, as this is just a luxurious car that doesn't need to go through a slalom course. Taking pounds off means taking lux off. So personally I think maybe the Azure could shave a few pounds off, but I don't think its necessary for the Azure to pull a Jared. O yeah, and this is the most luxurious convertible ever.
