One day while i was making fun of people who drive this car with some other people a friend of mine had a funny story about a grand am he saw one day. he was driving arround town one day when he saw a grand am with a wierd symbol on it, so he pulled up behind it at a stoplight to see what it was, and turns out it was a gtr symbol like off the japenese market only skyline. I thought how retarded could a grand am driver be that he thinks that his pile of crap gm car deserved one of japans highest revered symbols but then it occured to me. If some one is dumb enough to buy a grand am when they could of had a civic si, svt focus, rsx type s, or wrx (the list keeps going) then they are probably dumb enought to think that it is a gtr.
I judge a car based on what's under the hood, not what badge it wears.

Agreed. The GTR Symbol should only be used on cars that deserve such a prestigious honour.
I respect Domestics, if there tuned. I got no repsect for people who buy a factory made racer. Import Tuners Fo Life.

Maybe your friend is the retarded one, and couldn't tell that the symbol says GT or the GT1. OR maybe I'm just tring to defend and idiot, like you called him, but I would be skeptical about what he said.
