Looks pretty real to me!
I'd like to share a revelation that I've had, during my time here. It came to me when I tried to classify your species;I realized that you're not actually mammals. See; every mammal on this planet instinctively develops a natural equilibrium with the surrounding environment, but you humans do not. You move to an area, and you multiply, and multiply, until every natural resource is consumed! The only way you can survive is to spread to another area. There is another organism on this planet that follows the same pattern... A virus. Human beings are a disease, a cancer of this planet, you are a plague, and we are the cure.

It can look real, and just because the wheels are moving doesnt mean its real at all. background looks fake to me....

i gotta few questions here.
doesn't 'GT1' mean its actually a Le Mans GT1 racer?
if so, then y is it a concept, as GT1 rules state u must have a fully road legal version of the racecar built in order to compete at Le Mans?

It's just part of the name. A few cars put GT1 in the name to hint at it's performance capabilities. And it is real just not available to buy.
