you can check on the:
Nissan Lola SR1
Toyota GT1
BMW LMR
Mercedes-Benz CLR
Audi R8 etc... and they all look the same one-seater roadsters
You'll never know...

The CLR and GT-ONE / BMW LMR and Lola B2K/10 do not look all that similar. The main design similarity is between the Bmw and the CLR, they have both lifted off the road on flipped.
As to the statement that the Bentley looks similar to the Toyota GT-One, this is true. The reason is that the GT-One was so advanced that its aero package would still be competitive today, but the internals would need to be updated and fund deverted from F1.
The specs should be very similar to last year. The engine is restricted to a set power figure 550-620 bhp. The only real change would be the torque fiqure. It should be a bit higher due to more displacement. The most likely would improve acceleration. Also Bentley lost the appeal for larger tires.

I think that while many of the cars in the LMP class look similar, they don't all look the same. This is a home run for Bentley overall.

i think the bently is alot sleeker the toyota has probably more dsownforce but less speed
Modena is truly the finest sports car ever made.

ok , here's a short story...
At the Paul Ricard track (France , Le Castelet) , last year , Toyota was using the GT-One to develop parts for their F1 .The GT-One wasn't painted , it had carbon colour.(important detail)
Bentley asked them if they could also use the track.They placed thamselves at the other end of the pit lane.
When Andre De Cortanze , GT-One desinger saw the bentley , he thought "shit , we've lost the hood !"
He said that he's proud that Bentley has copied the design of the GT-One , he said that "it's better to be copied than making shit".
I got the story from an interview of De Cortanze by a French journalist.

I agree. The design is similar, but very beautiful! Exactly how many has Bentley produced? Three? Four?

The car is based on the Audi R8C so i would say that it looks the most like that but the 2003 version that actually won Le Mans looks more like it than the '01 and '02 are almost identical to the R8C and even use an engine based on the engine used in the R8C.
