How much would one of these cost 2day in the UK? are they pretty scarce in the UK?
I used to hate ameican cars but now I've decided to like them cos they're such good piss takes of themselves

It depends, they're definetly worth more than $50.
I bought my 73 240z for 1800 cdn, and think its well
worth it. but my car is also an arizona car and rust free.
resale on mine is over 3000 b/c i bought it not running but it should be running pretty soon. i've seen factory reconditioned datsuns sell for approx 30 000.

The price range in Northern California is $2000-$6000 depending on how good the condition is. If you look hard enough for a few weeks, you'll find one for about $3500 that'll be in great condition. My friend used to modify this specific car for a living, buying this particular car is almost an art form 
The point is, it's relatively cheap due to being incredibly popular when it came out, and reliable enough that a reasonable portion of them survived this long. Cheap to buy, and enormous modification potential.
