Doesn't look like 720 hp will only get this thing to 60 in 3.5 and to 201 mph...

On the contary. I think it would go faster with 720hp.

That is if they have engineered the aerodynamics to actually work, not just look amazing.
The spoiler is a perfect replica of one off F1, they must have given it some thought.

Does this actually weigh 2700 lbs? it looks a lot lighter than that, thats just a bit heavier than a scuderia , its heavier than a mosler? weird

The very fact that it has 720bhp from a V-12 engine, denotes that the figures are possibly wrong with this one.
