it ISN'T!!! The GTO is in no way related to the Sunfire! The Pontiac GTO is a rebadged version of the Australian Holden Monaro...so much so that the GTO badges come from the Holden Special Vehicles (HSV) version of the Monaro, the HSV GTO Coupe!

All due deference to the Holden Monaro, the car is fairly bland. This body kit makes it somewhat less bland. I've seen a few on the street, and barely noticed them. My cousin's 65 GTO convertible, on the other hand...

how the hell could you say this is a sunfire with a bodykit. It is much bigger much nicer and not to mention since when has a sunfire had a LS1 V8 with 350hp

In australia, there are two types of people who buy performance cars, the jap buyers, and the aussie buyers, who don't like flashy looks and bugger all torque. instead they opt for the V8, and let that do the "torqing"

This is an amazing improvement over the stock GTO...which I have been a fan of since I saw it. I like the hood and the body kit...it adds flavor to the car that has been criticized for being too bland. The only thing I would change is the paint, but there are always choices there. But who can argue with this much power?!

I have taken a test drive in one of the stock GTOs, and if you think this is a Sunfire with a body kit you are making a huge mistake. As soon as you stomp the gas in the GTO everyone is in their seats, even when the car had four people. We were all in our seats. So, next time you want to talk about something with a body kit, look at your crappy Civic and talk about it. Don't talk about something as fast as this without knowing anyhting about it.
