I don't care what it's power output is, there is now way I would pay that kind of money for a 6 cylinder unless it's a Porsche or some other exotic. Hyundai is coming out with a V-8 flagship for crying out loud. That's part of the reason the previous generation RL didn't do to well in the U.S. When will Acura learn...

I could care less whether its a V6 or a V8. If the power output is good, i'd buy it

At petrol stations, people always say to a Ferrari driver, "Ooh, I bet you don't get many miles to the gallon out of that" or "I can get more luggage in my Maestro". But if you have a Lambo, they'll say "My God, it's got orange seats" and "Can we have sex in it?"

American auto consumers cant get over the cylinder number, if its not a gas guzzling V8 made in the US then they dont want anything to do with it regardless of the power output or any other advantages it has over its American competition.

First off, this car is selling for less that $49,000. I test drove one and they are AMAZING. They have so many new features that other car companies havent com out with such as the real time traffic, which works great. The headlights that show ou where you are turning. Who in thier right mind would choose a 300-hp V-8 over a much more efficient 300-hp V-6???

By the look of the car, I see some mercedes details. This car probably wants to compete the luxury brand of Benz and BMW. That why the price is somewhat unaffortable to most of us.
Cheap is good, but is that all you need?
