For those of you who know absolutely nothing. GM has two brands in Europe that sell the same vehicles. They are called Opel and Vauxhall. Vauxhall sells vehicles to the British isles while Opel sells vehicles to mainland Europe. The two companies work together on their designs and products and they are identical other than badging. The newest concept in GM (and I think it is brilliant) is to add Saturn to that group to sell the same vehicles as Opel and Vauxhall in North America. the three companies will collaborate on design and engineering. It's called cost cutting...something I am sure you've heard of but have no idea how it is put into use.
