a straight 8 would be awesome, I wonder how well those would work now with the amount of power that these cars make compared to what a straight 8 made when it was originally produced... I'm sure there are ways around it, but I'd be VERY interested to see a company at least put one in a prototype.

A non-diesel straight 8 on the modern market would be interesting. The torque would be nice, if the horsepower aint sluggish.
