Yes, because there are no other cars anywhere that are faster than the viper. This car is extremely fast, but there are faster. This would be fairly even with the Veyron, and after the next top speed runs, I'd be willing to bet the Veryon will top 255. The S7TT Competition, the Aero just as fast as well. Sorry I have this thing for people who claim this or that car is the fastest "in the world".

i kinda agree with kyle, cause they have tested the vyron , and it did top out at 253, and it gets less then 3mpg in 7th gear going at that speed, so will this viper will be pulling away from the vyron on a straight away , once they get up to speed, the viper will be doing 2 mph faster than it, and then, the vyron will run out of gas, and the, the viper will light up the rest of the straight away, so wether you bring extra gas with you or not your fu.cked. cause the viper is not only faster, it can run higher mpg

Although I love vipers and will probelly never have the money to affored anything other then my honda civic, i would have to say that the veyron is more... whats the word... ah geniune then this viper because this viper seems more like a tuned car and not a production car. if dodge just made there next viper start out with a crazy engine... more crazy then it is allready because even if you think this car "sucks" it is still better then my civic, then people would then respect it as a fast geniune car instead of a tuned car by hennesey which i salute them for creating such a monster.
