Do you mean that in the sense of you'd rather have this over the Veyron, or that this would outperform the Veyron? As far as performance goes, I certainly think that the Veyron would have the victory. As far as preference of ownership goes, I'd rather have this.

Have you bothered to cross check any of the Veyron and CCX's performance figures? The CCX has a faster quarter mile with 9.8 and 9.9 runs straight from Koenigsegg themselves and the speed of 245mph was on an oval track.Koenigsegg has gone on record saying it can do more.All at half the cost

Yes but Veyron is still just better. CCR is completly wrong.
Some people need to actually ride in the CCX&CCR. i drove both and CCR can hit 255mph.
