Yes, it's official. Dyson Racing, America's oldest and most respected sportscar team, will reunite with Porsche for the 2007 American Le Mans Series by fielding a pair of Porsche RS Spyder Evos in the LMP2 Class. This will be the first time since 1991 that Dyson has entered a Porsche (The last being a Porsche 962). Over the years they have had HUGE success with the Riley & Scott MKIII/Ford chassis by claiming three overall wins at the Daytona 24 Hours. After the team retired the aging R&S chassis, they looked to Lola for a new competitive chassis (EX257) and chose the MG-based AER (Advanced Engine Research) 2 Liter 4 cylinder Turbo engine. They had mixed successes with the little Lola chassis but not the kind they were looking for in the ALMS. For 2006 they sold their cars and adopted the brand new Lola B06-10 mated with a new AER Turbo V8. Although, the new car was very quick right out of the box, the privateer team could not match the resources of Audi........SO, for 2007, they've chose a new hunting ground in the LMP2 Class against the Penske Porsches, Intersport Racing, B-K Motorsports, Van der Stuhr Racing, and the new threat from Acura. The 2007 season should be REALLY exciting for the LMP2 Class!!!

Because no one can beat the Corvettes and for the money it costs to run a competitive GT1 program, you could race an LMP.
lsiten guy, i may not know where london is or what 34+45 is or what a panda bear eats but i do #$%#ing know what cars is what. i have over 100k psots on a friggen car site ok? i know ferrari enzos and i know bmw means bavarian motor works and that Mercedes-benz means "fast and cool" in latin and i msot def know waht a effing porsche looks like. thats why i jsut brush aside your "Facts" becasue im the expert here and i know my stuff.
