"Jag Monaco BN108" (mentioned at the end of the article) could refer to this - http://www.v12sales.com/Jag-XJS-Body-1.html - it's a conversion of the XJS coupe or convertible called the Monaco. I don't know who created it but I know this site sells the conversion parts.

Holy crap...I do agree. One of the sweetest looking things I have yet to see in respect to cars. I have to know its performance! DOES ANYONE KNOW?
