No the C12 is not better then the 2002 Z06, here are the stats:
02 Z06- 1/4- 12.5 0-60 - 3.9
99 C12- 1/4- 13.0 0-60 - 4.6
now the 2002 Z06 has 405 bhp compared to the C12's 465 bhp but the Z06 also weighs about 250lbs less
The top speed of the C12 is 200 mph and im sure the Z06 is very close to that speed.
The Z06 and the Viper own American roads... as well as any other roads they want to.

Sorry, but the Z06 goes from zip to sixt in 4.1, rounded to the nearest tenth.

Not at all. The C12 had a Nurburgring time of 8:25, while the ZO6 hit the impressive benchmark of below 8 minutes at 7:56.
The C12 would own the ZO6 if it was at least 400 lbs. lighter.
