Anyone else getting this bs!?
"I firmly believe that anyone who is worth anything at all should own a twelve cylinder car before they die, because there's nothing else like it. It's just one of the great operatic experiences of all time, it's a real noise and there's nothing else like it. It'll take your breath away" - David Davis on the Lamborghini Countach

Well I'm glad they got rid of the cross-hutched seats/door trim. That was nasty...however that guage cluster looks like it would be a bit hard to read, and it also looks like it came straight out of audi.

I liked the cross hitch. It looks very upscale.

Agreed, PBN. The interior looks extremely high quality, but disturbingly Audi. That's because a lot of the cabin parts are, in fact, Audi. I've heard that there are plans to introduce more unique components to Lambo interiors over the next year or two though.

In my opinion a convertable exotic is almost an oxymoron, someone who truly wants this car for the performance isn't concerned about an open top, but about beating that Enzo on the autobahn, this Lambo is meant for the car-guy poser not the true speed freak.

I do partially agree with that, although it's not always about hardcore performance. Sure, that is what a supercar for some people must be, but if I were in the market for one I really wouldn't mind the sun shining in and hearing the roar of the engine while still being able to beat 95+% of the cars on the road. Ultimately though, I would settle for the coupe as I take performance just a little more seriously than show. However, such is not the case for everyone.

Yeah I disagree with Mopar, I think supercars are all about the experience- the people who are bothered by a 0.1/.2 second to 60mph difference are more dedicated racers, and a supercar that sees track action regularly is going to run up *one hell of a bill*. Track days are more for Exiges and highly-tuned Supras in my opinion.
Frankly I think the coupe/cabrio supercar debate is entirely dependent on the car in question. In the case of the LP640, I'd imagine it would only add to the experience.

Ya, racer vs experience. Some supercars would be absoulutely rediculous as a convertable such as the Enzo. Personally I view Ferrari as the most racer minded of all supercars. I mean, sure the Zonda F beat out the Enzo on Top Gears track, but I mean, alot of supercars like that just arn't raw track racers despite their speed. I mean, look at the interior! Form is almost exceeding function in the Zonda.
