No kidding, not only a not very good looking car (just my opinion), but VERY mild (that was thier intention however).
Plenty of cars can pass smog and make more power than that, if not a stroker and staying NA though thats close to the limit, 370 RWHP or so (manual car), California anyhow. If all you have to pass is a sniffer test, you can get away with a little bit more.
Anything beyond that, is either going to have a blower, or need a special tune to pass smog ;)
These cars are for rich guys afriad of touching thier own tools, way overpriced.

Should be throwing out alot more horsepower too, but then again, it was made with rich people in mind...

I was also thinkin about how much it looks like a saturn on the front end...
