I think after S8 is must be not easy to drive some right hand drive manual supercar, full with manometers inside

So i have a question. Upon closer inspection through the image of the close up of the rims, it occurred to me, that the brakes seem to have two calipers. one big bright yellow ferrari one, and one smaller Brembo one. is the second one really a second, specialty type brake, only used on certain occasions, when say applying the brakes past a certain point, or am i just missing the whole thing. hopefully someone with a small amount of knowledge can help me out.
