Supercar Messi - 1163

 This is the Corvette GM should have made! It looks even better than the awesome Z06! I wouldn't mind a weight reduction, though. 3000 lbs is just too much for a serious sports car.
Things I Hate:

2009 F1 cars, Bernie, Max, religion, trolls, BBQ sauce, ignorance, Ferrari Enzo, ricers, any car that weighs more than 2 tons (except the Bugatti Veryon), airplane food, English class art projects, death metal, server crashes, license restrictions, immaturity, prep schools, cold weather unaccompanied by snow, girls named "Shaniqua" and boys named "Deontre", racists, sexists, xenophobes, optimists, pessimists, rude moderators, gay bashers, bible bashers, Jew bashers, Christmas events/sales before Thanksgiving, flatulence, pennance, Hebew school, divorce, Detroit, haters, h4xxorz, pr0n, indies whores, hicks, hibillys, right-wingers, conservatives, watchdogs, hot dogs, lap dogs, prostitutes, Michael Vick, bad splrz, 1337spkrz, dead batteries, baby stabbers, bird flu, Communists, Masochists, Facists, Hitler's dirty sanchez, zeppellins, lead paint, lead gas, expensive gas, gas siphoners, spammers, whiners, #%!@es, snitches, bad signatures, contains, anything burnt (except rubber), FWD, iDrive, stupid traction/stability control accronyms, frozen cooling system sensors, non-diet soda, seltzer water, energy drinks, caffine, CAFE standards, smog, overpopulation, parasites, UFOs and anyone who claims to have seen one, asteroids, asterisk misusage/abusage, Rick Rolling, people who say "Joo" tube (it's owned by Christians), hunters (guns = cheating, hunt with spears), bees, global warming, political ads, car ads (not VW ads), crossovers, etc.

 No! Does anyone else see a striking resemblance to the Ferrari Dino Concept that was recently debuted? Anyone? Not that i dont like this car, just i dont think the style is all that "Corvette"-ie Ohwell...

 Carbon fibre and only 45 kilos lighter? I know there are a few bolt ons that add weight but i agree still a bit heavy at 1.4 odd ton

Absolutely. At first I thought admin put up the Dino images for the 8C accidentally, and then I realized that it was the image for the VETTE - not the Alfa.

I gotta say though, it looks #$%#ing fantastic. Aside from the headlights, I think it's perfect. Granted, it's missing some panel gaps, but it still looks like pure sex.

The C6 Corvette has a distinctively aggressive presence (especially the Z06 and ZR-1 Concept) that I feel this car does not attain. This is definitely not a bad looking concept but the overall effect is very European and in my opinion, kind of weak.

 Come on guys, it doesn't look more like a Dino than half of the other sports cars out there. And I do like it. As has been said before, this is the Corvette as GM should have made it, doesn't mean the latest Vette isn't a looker.

 3000 lbs is too heavy for a serious sports car?!

the car has over 700 horsepower! something like 750 to be exact, right? thats PLENTY enough to make this a serious contender against ferrari, lambo, and porche's flagship vehicles. and, mind you, those dont always weigh light as a feather.

but if u want something that weighs substantially less, go ahead and buy a lotus. its a marvel of engineering, but would absolutely get its ass handed to it on a track by a beast like this simply because of its starving lack of power

 So i was looking a bit more at the photos on here and on other sites, when it dawned on me that this dosent have but a sliver of a back window. Just thought Id throw that out there. And i agree with Tripower1967, the styling is trying too hard to look European. Fail.

 Hahaha and now i just found out that both the Corvette Concept and the Dino concept are both from the SAME design firm. Go ahead, look it up. Now i know why there is such a striking resemblence!

Very much so. The only thing is The Dino is so damn hot that it means this has to be hot by association. In my opinion this is the best looking vette ever. If it came out before the Dino I would say ever better but Cm seems content to sit on there as and not take risks.

 It's okay at best. It's an interesting take on what pretty much is a God-Car (god-car meaning a car that's been constant for 50+ yrs without a revival) but I dunno. I'm on the fence on this one.
