yeah but it's to bad they didn't know how to refine it, maybe they could have made a 12 second car instead of a 14 second.

I know, it's so stupid. I hear that NASCAR rules state that the cars must not exceed 300km/h (187.5mph). Then what's the point of a race if the cars all go the same speed. I saw a thing on ESPN on NASCAR history and stuff and they actually show the mechanics putting blockers in the fuel lines to prevent the cars from exceeding 300km/h. The whole engine has been tuned to crack immense speed and then they cut the power short wasting a lot of time and money for mechanics and sponsors. Why don't they save money and build an engine that cracks 300km/h top speed with out fuel blockers and stuff. If it weren't for those blockers, NASCAR cars would easily crack 350km/h (219mph). Cause if you think of it, 720hp and top speed of 300km/h doesn't make sense
