1970 Buick 455 GS ~ 1/4mi. : 13.38sec@105mph, as tested by Motor Trend. With todays tire tech, it's around 12.2sec@120mph.

Buick GSX ~ out of the 600(some) GSX's produced from March to May in 1970, about 100(some) were Apollo White, the rest, Solar Yellow. Today, about 118 still exist, and out of those, only 12 have the original paint.

I think this car is nice but too damn slow... american cars are known for having alot of horsepower and thats it. Think about it, get a 300 horsepower american car and pit it against a 300 horsepower japanese car, & guarantee it that the japanese car will outperform it in all catagories...

Exactly, just look at the Impreza WRX STI (current Euro spec version)
It has only 270hp, 250lbft torque, yet it accelerates just as fast as the Mustang SVT Cobra.
