They say it's being "restored"... But not in my book! They're just pimping it up even more! Orange paintjob? Blacked-out wheels?? Hide-out locks and handles??? Why not spinners and NOS????
As a one-off, I think it deserved better care! This restauration should have the purpous of bringing it back to its original state, not whoring it down once more! I'm sad...

Maybe one day its owner will bring it back to how it should've always have been.

I know, that really does make me sad.

But, maybe the guy is just a twat - a grown up schoolboy who wants to make one of the most fantastic British cars of all time (comparable to the Speed 12) into some sort of cheap, shiny joke....

Bastard.

Hi guys your comments seem a little harsh despite the fact you have not really looked into exactly what i am doing to restore this amazing 1 off car!! Yes i know this will not be to everyones taste, but the main point here is that the car is back in the UK it arrived 4 months ago in poor condition, unloved and in need of major restoration, i am very fortunate that i can afford to throw £20K at the car its cost this much just to get the body back to its original state, now, its not gonna have NOS etc etc!!, I feel the original blue colour the car was painted in does not do the car justice, its a very curvacious car and the pearlescent lambo orange i have chosen really brings out the georgous curves and muscle looks of this car. The interior with a walnut dash looks very dated!! so i am having a be-spoke made carbon fibre dash board made, along with some other carbon fibre bits, when you compare this car to the TVR speed 12 road car, the LM600 was not modern enough, so i have done this without "chavving up the car" when or if you ever see this car completed, you will have a different approach to what i have done, this is a one off and i am not going to ruin it!! i also own an Aston Martin Vantage (every day car) but does not give no where near the excitement the LM600 does it will be at shows this year first time in 12 years or so and properly restored, no expense spared!! so please i am not a "bastard or twat" as you mention but a very passionate guy who loves GT race cars and i will ensure this LM600 will finally get the treatment it deserves.

Thanks Lads

Paul
