Does anyone else find it astounding that all 39 original GTO's are accounted for to this day? What other model run from fifty years ago still survives intact? These were primarily race cars, too: run hard and put away wet, as the saying goes. You'd think in all that time just one would be crashed beyond repair, lost in a fire, etc. We're very lucky that generations of collectors have preserved these legends.
It's going to be a long season.

This is good to hear because I would never like for a FERRARI to ever be crash, or be destroyed.

No kidding. Especially when any idiot, athlete, or rapper with fat pockets and a heavy foot can have almost any exotic dropped off on their doorstep. Paris Hilton (and that one boyfriend of hers), Eddie Griffin, that one schmuck in Malibu who tore his Enzo into three pieces, Lance Briggs (who smashed his Murcielago, then abandoned it on the highway), and the list goes on and on. Heaven forbid they should ever reach beyond wanting an image and buy something like the 250 GTO in their quest for less-than-cheap thrill seeking.
Go read a book...

Thankfully celebrities mostly go for the newest exotics or SUV's, not something as valuable as a GTO.
It's going to be a long season.
