I dont get it the GTO has almost 100 more lb. ft of torque and is about 500 lbs lighter than the 360...same HP... but still 500 lbs lighter should still make it faster than the 360 and it says 14.1 1/4 and the 360 has like a high 12 1/4 doesnt make sense

You have to remember gearing, drag coefficient and all of the other areas of design which affect the speed of the car. While I agree that these stats must be off, it's not as thought this car MUST be faster than the more-modern 360 model.
Grip is everything, regardless the situation.
