and you can feel everything ferrari when you are in one going 130, as i found out yesterday!

Built with just one goal in mind- to be the fastest. The F40 not only succeeded, but did it in style.

As long as we're listing favorites, here's mine:
1) '63 330 LM Berlinetta [red]
2) '62 250 GTO [red]
3) '61 250 GT swb Spyder (covered lights) [red]
4) '92 F40 [red]
5) '62 250 GT Lusso [silver]
6) '85 288 GTO [red]
7) '66 365 California [yellow]
8) '01 Ferrari 550 Barchetta [red]
9) '98 F355 Spyder [dark blue]
10) '84 512 BBi [red]
11) '01 456M GTA [champagne]
12) '52 212 Inter [black]

Man, it's hard to just name ten, so I didn't... Well, it changes pretty frequently. Oh well, that was an appropriate 100th post for me... and I'm fortunate enough to own numbers 3 & 4, so I'm happy.

Italy, Britain, and Germany have formed an alliance in my garage... again. And the Sweed's and Jap's are coming.

The greatest Ferrari in my mind, ever. Just throw in a '73 911 Carrera RS 2.7 and I'm set
"Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former."
-Einstein

You quickly realize, "I'm not good enough for most of these modern exotic cars." A new F50 Ferrari: I'm sorry, I am probably not physically capable of taking this car anywhere near its limit. What fun is that? It's a bit like trying to have sex with an aerobics instructor. I'm exhausted, I'm out of breath and she's looking at her watch.

What about retro cars? The PT Cruiser and all these sorts of cars. I have no interest in it but I understand the appeal. I do know that people who like street rods aren't really interested in it. It's a bit like a transvestite. It looks great, then you walk up and look closely and you go, "Waaaaaaiiiiiit a minute. Oops, I'm sorry."

Several pages of damaged Ferraris was enough to make me sick! Unless you have damaged your Ferrari in a race or had it burn up on you, anybody who does this to their beautiful high performance machine should:

A) Have their license suspended forever (they are probably rich enough to ride in a limo)
B) Never be allowed to purchase another exotic car.
C) Made to give ME any other classic/exotic cars that they may currently possess.

I cannot believe that anyone would be irresponsible enough to drive beyond their ability and risk damaging such cars.

Proof that Money does not equal Brains.

I agree. This car is marvelous, and while not the greatest performer by today's standards, it is still one of the most amazing automobiles ever built!
