My father owned this same car, a black one, way back in the day. Last I knew, he sold it to a canadian hockey player (that narrows it down)... I'll ask him for chassis #, I'd like to find out who owns it now :-)

I respect your uncle. I have a 1988 metallic blue Countach QV/ White. I replaced the stock rims with a pair of 19" Giovanni's. Here the top speed is stated at 181mph. My younger brother had mine past that no worries, following my friend Jimmy up the I-95 past the Philadelphia airport in his yellow '97 911 Turbo S. Heads will turn!!

Maybe your uncle knows who might be able to juice up the QV? I have had the exhaust, suspension and other minor changes done, which puts it to around 400hp and can turn on a dime. I would like to know who is able to do something further to the engine like twin turbos + an intercooler. I would like to see it around the 600+hp mark.
