this thing looks pathetic and have you seen the interior!! its just a big piece of plastic with a steering wheel coming out of it. Plus this car only does 133mph! Why did lambo build this thing ?

they prob built it to have a car that somebody could afford.... and i think it looks kinda kool
Cats are so awesome. I'm going to have a huge carpeted room full of carpeted pillars of various heights & painted as buildings. Then I'll fill it with my many cats & let them rule the city. Then once a month I'll dress up as Godzilla & pack myself full with catnip and invade- WCW 1. I have one of the most beautiful county ever, with everything except electronic/modern things 2. If you have ever read anything about Caucasia youd know how independent culture/language/everything we got. And we/cristians were sorounded by Arabs/Turks/mother#$%#ers/musulmans for 20 centuries and were fighting with them day/night for 20 centuries long 3. You are mess of french/Spanish/you dont even know who. Your grnadmother were eating babana on the tree when your grandfuther #$%#ed her and were borned yourmother. Have YOU (supersonic) every seen the interior?
I have driven one, and can tell you it is the same great Lamborghini build quality as the others.
Everything is wrapped in smooth Italian leather. Gauges are all in plain view of the driver, controls are easily reachable. It looks like a Countach dash except the center cluster of gauges that are slanted towards the driver are more square. And the seats are great. Not to mention hardly any two are alike on the inside, They produced so many variants to the contrasting interior, and piping/stitch colour. My favorite is Red Exterior with Black interior and red piping.
I have also been in Countach's and Diablos and must say that the Jalpa is much more driveable. Especially in comparison to the Countach which is impossible to see out of. The Diablo is hardly better.
The Jalpa is a beautiful vehicle, much more than portrayed here.
I especially do not like the spoiler kit that some owners opted for, as shown here. They look nicer without the huge Countach wing and the straight side skirts.
Lamborghini produced them in attempted to compete with the Ferrari V8 cars in the mid range super sports car market. It didn't go over to well mostly due to lack of marketing to the correct crowds, most everyone that knew about it was a Lambo purist and probably would have nothing to do with something that was without the legendary Lamborghini V12.
They are really great cars and far too understated.

this is a good looking car and one that people can afford. if i had a chance to get one i would. so what it it isn't the fastest. speed limit in america is only 75. and what idit would go over 120 on any street any where in the world.

They do look alot better in real life. They look alot like the Pantera, but better. I've only seen one of these and it was real nice. It was white with a black interior I think. I would love to drive one of these becuase I love Lamborghinis, but can't afford one.

I don't think the Jalpa is bad at all. A guy near my house used to have a Yellow one (without a rear spoiler). He used to drive the car every day - it had quite a lovely, loud exhaust note coming down the street at 80+ miles an hour. This car can't really be that bad in the looks department, Lamborghini managed to sell enough of them.
Ask the man who owns one!
