The Fleetwood Series 39-75 chassis was reserved generally for Cadillac's business-minded clients who wanted a larger car on the 141 in wheelbase chassis.
A wide array of bodies was available on the Series 39-75 including the top-of-the-line Formal Sedan and Town Car priced at $5,245.
New to the 1939 model year was a redesigned dashboard and rear rubber fender protectors.
