1982 Ford Mustang GT

In 1982 Ford created a high performance version of the Mustang called the GT. The car was only availble in 3-door hatchback form.

The engine was 302 as standard with a 2V Motorcraft carburation.

Externally, the car afeatured a new front dam, rear spoiler, cast alunimum wheels and a non-functional hood scoop.

In 1982, the Mustang GT offered great value. It was one of the lowest priced GTs available with modest performance.
