The 348, badged 348 TB for the coupé was part of the initial model range for the Ferrari 348 (along with the targa 348 TS). It had a 3.4 liter quad cam V8 and was good for 296 hp. It was a handful to drive and got a bad reputation for biting drivers who were too adventurous mid-corner.
