Packard was an American luxury automobile marque, manufactured by the Packard Motor Car Company of Detroit, Michigan, United States. The company was notable for their series of luxury cars such as Packard Eight and Packard V-12. Packard was active from 1899 to 1956 and was a reputed builder of reliable and excellent engines for boats and planes.
