The event will honor the \u201c50th Anniversary of the Alfa Romeo Montreal\u201d and \u201cAutomotive Couture, French Cars Featuring the 50th Anniversary of the Citro\u00ebn SM.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Peninsula Signature Events team is excited for the return of\u00a0The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering\u00a0<\/i>during the world-famous Monterey Car Week. Our 18th annual celebration will bring together like-minded collectors and enthusiasts to share their passion for the automobile and celebrate the golden anniversaries of several iconic vehicle models,\u201d said Kai Lermen, General Manager of Quail Lodge & Golf Club.\u201d<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>In addition to the featured classes,\u00a0The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering\u00a0<\/i>will display more than 200 motorcars from its traditional classes: \u201cPre-War Sports and Racing Cars\u201d, \u201cPost-War Racing Cars\u201d, \u201cSports and Racing Motorcycles\u201d, \u201cThe Great Ferraris\u201d, \u201cCustom Coachwork\u201d, \u201cPost-War Sports Cars 1945-60\u201d, \u201cPost-War Sports Cars 1961-75\u201d, and \u201cThe Evolution of the Supercar.\u201d<\/p>\n

Guests will be treated to an elegant outdoor garden-party highlighted by five gourmet culinary pavilions, award-winning wine vendors, and the Fireside Chat Series, which provides an opportunity to hear from motorsports legends and industry luminaries discussing the future of motorsports and the hobby of car collecting. Entrance also includes an invitation to attend the Bonhams Quail Lodge Auction taking place concurrently. Hygiene and safety protocols will be in compliance with the Monterey County and the State of California Governments\u2019 at the time of the event.<\/p>\n
