1955 Chevrolet Bel Air Convertible <\/a> – sold for $51,700<\/b><\/p>\n

Other than its assembly at GM\u2019s Flint, Michigan, plant, very little is known of the early history of this exceptional Bel Air convertible. The car is believed to wear its authentic livery, as its Fisher body plate clarifies an original color scheme of Black Onyx paint over an interior of red and beige vinyl. At some point over the last twenty years, this Chevrolet was treated to a thorough restoration that renewed the vibrancy of its presentation. The beautifully detailed Onyx paint shines deeply and the red upholstery is supple and pristine, both displaying as-new quality.
