Highlights include a larger 5.5-liter engine and an extensive weight reduction program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Power from the stroked engine raises the stock 407 bhp to around 580. To keep up with the larger engine a found-mounted engine cooler is fitted and red through an opening where the license plate would be. Futhermore, BMW&#8217;s M Division made a custom carbon fiber intake plenium.<\/p>\n<p>The larger engine sends power to the rear wheels through a double-clutch transmission from the M3.
