This flagship model was the longest produced in 1932 alongside the shorter Series CH, CP, and CI models.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The 1932 Chrysler received numerous styling upgrades but kept the conventional straight-8 engine and solid-axle suspension from previous years.<\/p>\n<p>Distinct to the 1932 series was a new &#8216;de Sakhnoffsky&#8217; false hood that extended all the way to base of the front windshield. The hood also featured sliding doors instead of the louvres used just a year earlier.<\/p>\n<p>The Series CL Imperial Custom could be ordered in six different bodystyles from the factory including a Phaeton, Close-Coupled Sedan, 7-Passenger Sedan, Limousine, Covertible Roadster and Convertible Sedan.<\/p>\n<p>With a limited market, the Cl was only sold in 1932 and 1933 with production reaching
