2007 Courage LC70<\/h1>\n
\n

Yves Courage built his own cars at the Le Mans Technopark for both LMP1 and LMP2 cars. His LC70 was dedicated to the LMP1 class and would be used by many racing teams in many configurations including the Acura ARX, Oreca LC75, Tokai LMP.<\/span><\/p>\n

Paulo Crete was responsible for the car’s design which could accept either a Mugen MF458S V8 or Judd GV5 V10. Distinctive bodywork was drawn up by Ben Wood.<\/p>\n

For the 2007 factory team, Courage swithed to AER power with no major victories. As a result the design was sold to Oreca who comprehensively upgraded it for the 2008 and subsequent seasons.<\/p>\n
