Howell Automotive modified this SRT4 and their efforts were well rewarded with a first place among the other tuned imports.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>With a lengthy list of engine modifications, $15 000 in total, the Howell Neon produces around 450 bhp. To keep the torque steer in check and power to the pavement a Quaife limited-slip differential is used. With a 0-60 time of 4.9 seconds it would seem Howell have turned the Neon into a real banger.<\/p>\n<p>Other highlights included in this show car are Wilwood discs up front and Vogtland coil overs all
