All these modifications helped improve the aerodynamics of the car. As always the E was synonymous with Export model, hence the 2.8-litre engine instead of the 2.0-litre available for the Italian market.<\/p>\n<p>The interior was dressed mostly in leather and briarwood trim, seats were leather as standard. The ergonomics had been revised, and the steering column was fully adjustable. Included in the base spec were the automatic air-conditioning system and central locking.
