Porsche updated their 356 into its final incarnation in 1964 with the introduction of the 356C. They used disc brakes all around as well as an optional SC-specification engine that produced 95 bhp.<\/p>\n

1964 Porsche 356C 1600SC Coup\u00e9 131626<\/a> – sold for \u20ac55,200.\u00a0<\/b>This Porsche 356C 1600SC Coup\u00e9 was sold new in the USA and in 1975 belonged to a Mr Ray Jay Wall in California (Certificate of Title on file). Mr Wall kept the Porsche for some 20-plus years prior to its exportation in 1997 to Belgium, where it was owned by Mr Nicolas Leune from 2002 until 2004. The current owner’s late father bought the car from Nicolas Leune and had it completely restored and mildly race prepared at that time. During the restoration the car was repainted in the original ‘Rubinred’ colour and fitted with a professionally made roll cage. The interior carpeting was stripped out and other weight-saving measures adopted, including deleting the rear seats, removing the bumpers, and replacing the side windows with Plexiglas. Two bucket-type sports seats were installed together with 4-point safety belts, and the dashboard upgraded with additional instruments, a Tripmaster and a chronometer. \n1963 Porsche 356 SC coup\u00e9 215888 <\/a> – sold for \u20ac89,400.\u00a0<\/b>Underneath the layers of dust, this car is presented in a rare condition. To begin with, the chassis number corresponds to a Karmann coup\u00e9 built in 1963. Then, the engine is the 95 bhp SC version dating from the same year. Finally, the colour code plaque has the number 6403, corresponding to “Emailblau”, the mid-blue colour that appears on the car. Furthermore, it has red upholstery, which was the colour, in addition to black, available with this particular blue. The seats are incredibly well preserved, with an exceptional patina.
