The resultant design was very similar to the T33\/2 Daytone minus all the bodywork above the windscreen base. This configuration was chosen for the 1969 Targa Florio which sometimes these cars are named after.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The new body was fitted to a chassis very similar to the 1967 car with its large-diameter H-frame chassis that also carried the fuel.
