{"id":256407,"date":"2016-04-23T06:36:22","date_gmt":"2016-04-23T06:36:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.supercars.net\/blog\/?p=256407"},"modified":"2024-05-09T21:16:57","modified_gmt":"2024-05-09T21:16:57","slug":"2004-subaru-impreza-wrx-sti-spec-c-type-ra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.supercars.net\/blog\/2004-subaru-impreza-wrx-sti-spec-c-type-ra\/","title":{"rendered":"2004 Subaru Impreza WRX STi spec C Type RA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>2004 Subaru Impreza WRX STi spec C Type RA<\/h1>\n<p><span id=\"intelliTXT\">The RA was a special package available through Suburu&#8217;s Technical International (STi) that was only produced in limited quantities for the Japanese market.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>It was a fully equipped version of the 2.0 liter WRX STi spec C and took advantage of the stripped out spec C car, but with luxuries like Auto AC and electric folding mirrors. Their EJ20 enignes were finely tuned to produce to 280 bhp thanks to a larger FHI Turchager, exhaust and other engine tuning.<\/p>\n<p>A large array of STi accessories came with the Type RA including a carbon-fiber wing, carbon fiber front splitter, new suspension, new pedals, BBS wheels and a sports shifter. Other small details included Sports ABS, Strut Bars, 17 inch brake package, intercooler water splay with 12 liter tank, transmission oil cooler, engine oil cooler, 21mm stabilizer bars a quick ratio steering rack.<\/p>\n<p>Inside the RA had sports seats, SRS steering wheel with STi cherry red stitch, leather wrapped shift knob, sports pedals with aluminum pads, full auto air conditioning, STi bucket type front sport seats.<\/p>\n<p>Outside the RA had an aluminum hood and trunk, STi front skirt, corner spoilers, Fog lamp covers with STi stickers, a roof ventilator, large rear spoiler, rear diffuser and exclusive decals.<\/p>\n<p>Only 400 RAs were produced and all were sold in the Japanese market.<\/p>\n<figure class='gallery-item'>\r\n            <div class='gallery-icon landscape'>\r\n
