North American VAG performance powerhouse STaSIS Engineering is delighted to launch its incredible flagship Audi R8 V10 Challenge Extreme Edition package into the British market.<\/span><\/p>\n

The astonishing 710 bhp R8 V10 Challenge Extreme Edition (which debuted on the Audi North America stand at the SEMA show in 2010) is the ultimate representation of the no-compromise philosophy behind the STaSIS brand \u2013 a unique blend of cohesive powertrain and dynamic suspension and braking upgrades, which elevate the V10 R8\u2019s performance onto a different plane.<\/p>\n

Available now through award-winning VAG specialist and STaSIS distributor APS of Brackley, as well as STaSIS agents across the UK, the key technical features of the sensational STaSIS Engineering Audi R8 V10 Challenge Extreme Edition are as follows:-<\/p>\n

* Engine – Eaton \/ Magnusson TVS 2300 supercharger running 7.5 psi of boost, independent charge cooler system to ensure consistent high power output, CNC billet alloy machined intake plenum for durability and strength, high performance STaSIS ECU remap \u2013 performance increases to 710 bhp and 523lb.ft of torque<\/p>\n

*Exhaust – 3.0 inch TIG welded stainless steel, cross-flow exhaust system
\n* Brakes \u2013 Alcon 390mm front \/ 355mm rear with two piece floating discs
\n* Suspension \u2013 Lowering springs to improve handling and give a more aggressive appearance while retaining ride quality
\n* Wheels – 9.5 x 20 inch ultra-lightweight forged aluminium front, 12 x 20 inch forged aluminium rear with high performance low profile tyres<\/p>\n

The STaSIS Audi R8 V10 Challenge Extreme Edition refines the standard base car with additional racing technology for the road, combining a 35% power increase with appropriate dynamic and braking enhancements. Everything STaSIS\u2019s engineers have learned at the racetrack has been distilled into this R8 V10 upgrade package that\u2019s also designed for civilised town driving, yet can accelerate from 0-60 mph in just 3.1 seconds (3.7 stock.)<\/p>\n

From concept to production each new STaSIS component is rigorously tested to ensure maximum performance and factory levels of reliability.<\/p>\n

The STaSIS Audi R8 V10 Challenge Extreme packages are available now from UK importer APS of Brackley and other STaSIS agents across the UK. Prices start at \u00a345,000 fitted, including VAT @ 20%.<\/p>\n

Customers are also able to purchase individual STaSIS Audi R8 V10 Challenge Extreme Edition components from APS of Brackley on a piecemeal basis, with prices available on request.<\/p>\n
