The S5 Coup\u00e9 has a 4.2 liter V8 under the hood. The direct injection of the FSI provides for ample power: 260 kW (354 hp) and 440 Nm (324.53 lb-ft) peak torque. The manual transmission version of the powerful two-door accelerates to 100 km\/h (62.14 mph) in just 5.1 seconds, combining exhilarating high-revving, awesome pulling power, and throaty sound. Audi offers a sportier six-speed tiptronic transmission as an option to the standard six-speed manual transmission.<\/span><\/p>\n

The S5 Cabriolet and the S5 Sportback use the same TFSI engine as the S4. The supercharged three-liter V6 engine with an output of 245 kW (333 hp) delivers outstanding performance. The standard sprint from 0 to 100 km\/h (62.14 mph) takes only 5.4 (Sportback) or 5.6 (Cabriolet) seconds. The seven-speed S tronic in combination with the quattro drivetrain is standard here.<\/p>\n

The S sport suspension has been dynamically tuned for all three S5 models. The high-performance brake system, recognizable at a glance by the brake calipers painted black and with the S5 logo, ensures confident braking; the 18-inch wheels and broad tires deliver ferocious road grip. Audi also offers the Audi drive select vehicle dynamics control system, the sport differential, the damper control system and dynamic steering as options.<\/p>\n
