The Best of Mercedes-Benz\u00a0At The 2016 Goodwood Festival of Speed<\/h1>\n

The folks at Mercedes-Benz<\/a>\u00a0have been on-fire lately in terms of churning out amazing cars for us car fans. Yours truly owns a current model Mercedes-AMG C 63 S (I also owned the previous C63 which I loved) so it is always exciting to see\u00a0some of the latest new cars from Mercedes-AMG. \u00a0It wasn’t just new cars either, with the\u00a0Mercedes-Benz Classic team represented by range of cars from the company\u2019s 130-year history.<\/p>\n

Mercedes-Benz bought along the\u00a0280 E (W123)<\/a>\u00a0rally car from 1977, a Mercedes-Benz 540 K Streamliner of 1938 and a Mercedes-Benz 1957\u00a0300 SLS<\/a>.<\/p>\n

For those looking for some extra comfort there was the relaxing\u00a0Mercedes-AMG S 63 Cabriolet with its gentle 585 hp. On the sports side,\u00a0the animal\u00a0Mercedes-AMG C 63 S Edition 1 Coup\u00e9 and\u00a0Mercedes-AMG GT S made\u00a0an appearance. Mercedes-Benz saved the best for last, launching the new green monster, the\u00a0Mercedes-AMG GT R<\/a>, basically a car designed for those who think the\u00a0Mercedes-AMG GT S is a little too civilized.<\/p>\n
