Insane 7min 38sec Nurburgring Run Makes the 2017\u00a0Panamera Turbo The Fastest Sedan In the World<\/h1>\n

The new Panamera Turbo<\/a> features a 4.0-liter, twin-turbo V8 that has\u00a0550 hp and 567 pound-feet of torque. That’s enough to get the sedan to 60 mph in\u00a03.4 seconds and a top\u00a0speed of 180 mph. The Panamera Turbo isn’t just about outright speed either, with handling much improved over the outgoing model.<\/p>\n

To prove it, our friends at Porsche just set a new\u00a07 minutes 38 seconds record at the N\u00fcrburgring ring.\u00a0The new record proves that the Panamera Turbo is really quick around\u00a0the “Green Hell”, handily\u00a0beating some big hitters like the\u00a0Ferrari 430 Scuderia<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Lexus LFA<\/a> (see below).\u00a0For context, the new model is\u00a014 seconds faster than the previous Panamera Turbo around the course.<\/p>\n
