Lamborghini Centenario Roadster<\/h1>\n

The Lamborghini<\/a> Centenario Roadster was unveiled at the Monterey Car Week<\/a>. Like the coupe, the Roadster is limited to only 20 units and of course they are all already spoken for. I’ll have to take that $2.27 million and spend it on something else (and I’ll probably need to update our Top 50 Most Expensive Cars<\/a>\u00a0list too now that I think about it).<\/p>\n

Making its debut at The Quail<\/a> event and being described by Lamborghini as a tribute to Ferruccio Lamborghini. As expected the car is made of full carbon fiber from the monocoque to the body panels and anywhere else the material could work. A new color known as \u201cArgento Centenario\u201d was created exclusively for this model, and the results is a shiny and matte-like finish on the body panels.<\/p>\n

The car is powered by a V12,\u00a0naturally aspirated engine with 770 hp (the\u00a0most powerful\u00a0built by Lamborghini ever). Weight to power ratio 2.04 kg\/hp so this thing is going to be one of the fastest cars on the planet.<\/p>\n
